The work should take about three months to complete, weather permitting. We expect to finish by July 2012. Standard work hours are 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm Saturday, if required.
Working hours are subject to permits granted for some of the works, some works may need to be carried out at night between the hours of 8pm and 5am Monday to Friday.
Construction activities will include excavation in the road and footpath. There will be an excavator and other construction equipment working in the area.
Once the work is complete the disturbed area will be fully restored to allow for normal use.
A Traffic Management Plan has been prepared in accordance with requirements to safely divert traffic around the work areas. At the end of each shift, Sydney Water will temporarily restore the road to allow for normal traffic flow.
We have notified affected residents and the local council about this work.
